1. Twickenham Tenancy

All vehicle rentals through Twickenham are governed by a detailed Rental Agreement provided at booking confirmation or at vehicle collection. The agreement sets out the applicable terms, conditions, insurance information, fees, and your responsibilities for that rental. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

2. Twickenham Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from Twickenham, you must:

Hold a valid full driving licence appropriate to the vehicle category, held for the minimum period specified in the Rental Agreement. 3. Reservations and Payment

Bookings can be made via our website, by phone, or in person at our Twickenham location. A booking deposit may be requested to confirm your reservation. 4. Twickenham Vehicle Collection and Return

At Twickenham you must inspect the vehicle thoroughly at collection and report any existing damage immediately. A vehicle condition report will be completed and signed by you and a Twickenham representative. Return the vehicle in the same condition as collected, taking into account normal wear and tear. Any new damage found on return will be assessed and charged to the hirer in accordance with Twickenham’s damage policy.

5. Insurance and Liability for Twickenham

Basic third-party insurance is included with all Twickenham rentals. Full coverage details and excess amounts are set out in the Rental Agreement. 7. Twickenham Restrictions

You must not use Twickenham's rented vehicle for:

Any illegal purpose or activity involving a Twickenham vehicle. Racing, rallying, off‑roading or other hazardous driving activities. Transporting hazardous or dangerous materials or waste. Sub‑letting a Twickenham vehicle to third parties or permitting unauthorised drivers. Operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Use of the vehicle for purposes for which it is not intended or certified.

Violating these Twickenham restrictions may result in immediate rental termination and additional charges.

8. Twickenham Liability Limits

To the maximum extent permitted by English and Welsh law, Twickenham will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of our services. Twickenham's total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid for the relevant service.

9. Governing Law (Twickenham)

These Terms are governed by English and Welsh law and apply to activities in Twickenham. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, including courts sitting in Twickenham.

10. Amendments to Twickenham Terms
